Exercise at home without equipment: how to prepare a short session
An iPhone, a clear space and an activity that you can do comfortably are enough to try the body arcade. That doesn't mean that all exercises are suitable for everyone.
Prepare the space before the marker
Remove objects from the floor, check the stability of the phone and avoid slippery surfaces. If you're going to jump, you also need height clearance and a place to land with control. In a lateral game, the space on the sides matters as much as the space in front of you. Don't sacrifice these checks by starting a few seconds early.
Choose the movement according to what you have available
Not all modes ask for the same thing. Portal Flight uses the face; Neon Dodge uses side scrolling; Rift Crossing advances with squats. Pulse Jump needs jumping and Rift Run uses jogging and crouching. Pull-ups do not belong to the category without equipment: they require a suitable and correctly installed bar.
Alternate play and rest
A short session can be a game, a break to check on you, and another activity if you feel like it. There is no obligation to play all six modes in a row. The score measures what happens in the game, not whether you have completed a balanced routine or how much you should train.
Check the camera in the selected mode
Maintain uniform lighting and prevent another person from entering the frame. Place the phone at a distance that allows you to see the necessary joints. If the movement is not recognized, change the placement instead of exaggerating the gesture. The chamber push-up guide explains the limits of the counter.
